Website enquiries

The homepage enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. The website does not store the form fields in a website database. Your message is sent only if you choose to continue in WhatsApp, where WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices apply. Prefilled WhatsApp messages include a short non-personal website reference (for example, PS-HOME-FORM) so the store can match a conversation to the page or button that produced it. The reference does not identify you and is sent only if you choose to send the message in WhatsApp. If you arrive through a WhatsApp referral link, the reference may be PS-SHOWROOM-REFERRAL for a general showroom share or PS-OFFER-REFERRAL for the ₹1,199 offer, so the store can distinguish a referred enquiry from direct traffic. It does not identify the sender, recipient or shared message.

WhatsApp updates opt-in

The website provides optional links for occasional new-arrival and showroom-offer updates. Opening the link does not subscribe you. You opt in only if you choose to send the prefilled message in WhatsApp. The message includes a non-personal reference—PS-HOME-UPDATES from the homepage or PS-OFFER-UPDATES from the ₹1,199 offer page—so the store can recognise the request source. You can ask the store to stop updates at any time. The website does not store your phone number or subscription choice.

Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics is used to understand page visits and general actions such as opening offer details, a WhatsApp enquiry, WhatsApp updates opt-in start, referral share, phone, directions or Google Business Profile click. Analytics storage is denied by default. If you accept analytics, the site may record the page path, collection category and a generic link location. For a promotion button, it may also record a non-personal offer identifier such as three_suits_1199 so offer enquiries can be measured separately. For the homepage enquiry form, it may also record the selected collection category so the store can understand which collections generate enquiries. A referral share may include a non-personal identifier such as showroom_recommendation or three_suits_1199_offer; Analytics does not receive the chosen recipient or the shared message. For an updates opt-in button, it may also record a non-personal type such as new_arrivals_offers or offer_page_new_arrivals_offers. A recorded click is an opt-in start, not confirmation that the WhatsApp message was sent. It does not send your form text, name, contact details, size, colour or budget.
